THE BEST macaroni and cheese you shall ever have the privilege of eating. This is THE macaroni and cheese I have been searching for my whole life. I have come home. And the fried chicken is wonderful too.
I have always enjoyed eating here- usually on special days or Sunday- last time was Thanksgiving. The chicken was wonderful. I have a hila-hernia so have difficulty swallowing many things but had no problem with this entire meal. Great price as well- $10 regular days it is only $8.00 total. Thank you for great food at a good price.

It took 45 minutes to bring out fried oyster that were below average taste. It looks like the oil hasn't been changed in a while. The fried chicken from the buffet was dry and over done. We managed to get our glasses refilled once in an hour period. This place has went down hill. Two groups left because they weren't served in a timely manner.
I dont do this often but uggggghhhhh. Everytime i come home im reminded so quickly why i left .. Went to r&d's to eat breakfast and was met with instant rudeness for no reason we were a table of seven and wanted to order from the menu... My brother asked for a coke the watress said ill get your drink order when i get your order very rudely he replied nicely out of respect because this was an older woman... Can i have drink while i wait. She turned as she walked away with a look of disgust and said ... What do you want.. We got up and left. I would think twice before going to R&D's in sylvania unless you want or enjoy being treated like poop from the bottom of there shoe. Shame on you R&D's sylvania people deserve better
