They have a machine and a process that ensures a thorough "transmission transfusion". This is not some "Wham-o-dyne" gimmick either, but let Miss Julie explain it to you. She knows all about it.
I couldn't be more pleased with the service I have received from Auto Aid! They made sure that my family and I were fully taken care of. I may have found a cheaper place, but i was be kidding myself if i thought that cheaper is better. Thanks to Auto Aid i know every issue big and small with my vehicle that is over 200k miles. Is it daunting? Yes, but we are working together to get things done in order of priority and financial ability. A few weeks ago i didnt know how much longer my car would work. Now, I expect to have it for years to come.
As an added note, I probably make below average of what the normal adult does in our area. So don't think I can afford any service that I want. However, I cant afford to lose my car.

It was time to get new tires and have the transmission serviced on our 2011 Ford Flex. In case you didn't know, you don't have to buy tires from Auto Aid, you can bring your own or buy them online and have them delivered to the shop, or Miss Julie can help you choose the best tires for your circumstances. They are cool with it either way.
Excellent service with a very detailed car checkout. We've used them for all our car maintenance and repairs for over a year now and have never been happier.
So the tires I brought them got expertly mounted and balanced. But as a courtesy, the technician put the car on the Alignment Rack and checked it, just for his peace of mind. I didn't ask for that, he just did it. No additional charge. Turns out, everything was in spec, but he wanted to be sure we were not going to have any irregular or premature wear on our brand new tires because of an alignment issue. That's the kind professionals you are dealing with here. That's the kind of customer service I am talking about.
