Awful experience at Sylvania Ford. Stopped by on my way to S.C. to look at a truck. The sales lady was very rude from the start. All she was concerned with was getting me out of there by 6 so she could leave. I was looking to get a PRICE on the truck(bottom line). While I was sitting in the office, she was running around locking the doors. When I asked her about the CASH price, she acted offended and said her "greedy" Boss would rather have a customer finance so he could make more money...... I then asked her to unlock the door so that I could leave....Very Unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
John is a great salesman, the staff is great and the diesel service is top notch.
